Volunteering: a suitable way to learn and grow
Today we would like to tell you about the volunteering experience we had in September with the children of our children's home "Amazing Namasté" .

This September, three of our boys (Sujal, Sonu and Balkrishna) had a great experience volunteering at the Himalayan Tattoo Summit which took place for three days in Lalitpur, Nepal.

With our motto "We believe in a beautiful life for all", we not only mean that we provide them food and a roof to live under, but also that we provide our children with every opportunity and platform that helps them realize their abilities and skills and develop them into good human beings.

By taking on various tasks assigned to them at the Summit, our boys were able to learn various valuable skills such as teamwork, time management, problem solving, communication, leadership development and networking.

We are delighted that they have taken on these responsibilities and received certificates and T-shirts for doing so.

Nepal's biggest festival: Dashain and Tihar just around the corner

There are also big celebrations coming up in Nepal. Here, too, we would like to give you a brief insight into the preparations.

At the beginning of October, we are about to celebrate our biggest festivals Dashain and Tihar. With the festive season upon us, the anticipation of our children is very high as they will have the opportunity to enjoy their favorite clothes, food and drinks and engage in various fun activities. The most common thing to see in the Nepalese sky during these seasons is the kite. And our children also love flying kites in the sky.

In mid-September, we took our children to the market to do their festival shopping where they had the opportunity to buy their favorite clothes and things they needed. They were very happy to receive the goods of their choice.

We are always happy to welcome new supporters and friends of the Namasté family in the form of financial support or spreading the word about this very personal project.
