Michaela & Christian Goldmann
The family business friendly hunting was founded in 2005 by Christian Goldmann. The cashmere manufactory is located in Peterhof in Chiemgau. The assortment has expanded to include Ready to Wear, accessories, fragrances and Maison. The high-quality knitwear and woven collections are manufactured in Kathmandu in Nepal, all other products are made at European locations. In their manufactory for fashion and lifestyle products, the couple Christian and Michaela Goldmann focus on genuine craftsmanship. friendly hunting is a tribute to the beauty of the cosmos, to the respectful community with other nations, to nature and an ode to its preservation. Cultural and natural landscapes always find their way into the creations and narratives of the artwork, the palette is colorful, mostly exotic. It is a lively culture, with and of which is told. The viewer is enchanted again and again. Together with our team at Peterhof and 400 craftsmen in Nepal, we are making a sustainable contribution to society, here and there. contribution to society, here and there. All products are obtained from nature in an artisanal process of creation. In the hands there is energy, knowledge and experience. At friendly hunting, the work of the hands is of special importance, because all our products come from the manufactory. In trustful cooperation our collections are created in Nepal, a country whose diversity, resilience and beauty inspire us. The enthusiasm and joy of the people who work on our products are evident in every piece. Nature is always a source of inspiration and true art for us. We believe in craftsmanship, in the sensory experience and in the ancestral social knowledge that goes with it. We find the respectful treatment of craftsmanship deeply satisfying.

We all have a great responsibility. We at friendly hunting are aware of this. Our foundation is trust. We observe all things that happen around us, think about them and always try to take the best possible path. And yet: the world never stands still, everything changes. To understand the world over and over again, to live better and smarter, to live a good life, to live happier, that is our driving force.

GIVING BACK
AMAZING NAMASTÉ
The name Amazing Namasté is derived from the ubiquitous greeting "Namasté" in Nepal, India and also some other Asian countries. It means something like: I honor in you the divine spirit that I also honor in myself - and I know that we are thus one. Nepal is one of the poorest countries and has the worst medical care in the world. This situation hits orphans particularly hard. They have comparatively little chance of survival and development. Our association Namasté e.V. opened the orphanage "Amazing Namasté" in Kathmandu in 2013 and has meanwhile taken in 12 orphans between the ages of 5 and 15.
Sharing Is Caring
Of particular importance to Christian Goldmann from the very beginning has been to help disadvantaged children in Nepal. By founding his own orphanage, Amazing Namasté, he has succeeded in creating a large family for homeless children. We accompany them there on their way to a self-determined life. Through love, education and security.
